How does Nualey AirLift™ work?
AirLift is designed to support open nasal airflow by gently lifting and holding the nasal area in a more open position while you wear it. The goal is simple: smoother breathing that feels natural — especially during sleep, workouts, or congested days.
Will it make my nose permanently bigger?
No. AirLift is a temporary support used while you wear it. It does not change the structure of your nose, bone, or cartilage.
Is it comfortable to sleep with?
Yes — most users find it lightweight and comfortable for overnight wear. If it feels uncomfortable, try repositioning slightly higher on the bridge and make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying.
Will it stay on if I sweat or move a lot?
When applied to clean, dry skin, AirLift is designed to stay secure through movement and sweating. For best hold, avoid lotion/sunscreen on the nose area and press firmly for 10–15 seconds during application.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
AirLift uses a skin-friendly adhesive designed for comfortable wear. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend a small patch test first and removing slowly (warm water can help).

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) and typically arrive within 5–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us at nualeyco@gmail.com immediately with your order number and updated address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. After dispatch, changes depend on the carrier.
What if my order is delayed?
Tracking can pause during customs checks or carrier handoffs. If your tracking hasn’t moved for 10+ business days after dispatch, contact us and we’ll investigate and help resolve it.
Are customs or import fees included?
Customs and import fees are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide the required documentation to help packages clear as smoothly as possible.

Returns & Support

Can I return my order?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used items may not be eligible for return. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Email nualeyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team typically replies within 24–48 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method (timing may vary by bank).
Do you offer replacements?
Yes. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please send your order number and clear photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.
