How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location and local carrier.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. All Nualey orders include tracked shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at nualeyco@gmail.com with your order number and updated address. Once an order has shipped, address changes depend on the carrier.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Tracking updates may pause during customs checks or carrier handoffs. If your tracking hasn’t moved for 10+ business days after shipment, please contact us and we’ll investigate for you.
Are customs or import fees included?
Customs duties or import fees are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide proper shipping documentation to help packages clear smoothly.
What if my order is lost or delivered incorrectly?
If your order appears lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
