Simple 7 Step Routine

How to Use QuietGuard

    Heat the water

    Heat enough water to cover the guard, following your product’s instructions. Turn off the heat before adding it.

    Lower the guard into the water with a slotted spoon. Leave it in for the time listed in your product’s instructions.

    Lift it out and drain off the hot water. Let it cool as directed. It should feel warm, never hot, before going in your mouth.
