What are Nualey Magnetic Lashes?
Our lashes are reusable, glue-free, and made with soft synthetic mink fibers for a natural glam look. Each pair includes magnetic tweezers for easy, precise application.
How do magnetic lashes work?
Each lash has tiny, lightweight magnets that attach securely to your natural lashes—no glue required. Simply align the top and bottom layers using the included applicator, and they’ll “snap” perfectly into place.
Are they safe for sensitive eyes?
Yes! Nualey lashes are made from gentle, non-toxic materials and are completely glue-free—perfect for sensitive eyes or contact lens wearers.
Can I reuse them?
Definitely! With proper care, Nualey lashes can be reused 30+ times. Just clean the magnets gently and store them in their case after each use.
Can I wear mascara with magnetic lashes?
Yes—but apply mascara to your natural lashes first, not the magnetic ones. This keeps your Nualey lashes looking fresh and lasting longer.
Do they come with everything I need?
Yes! Each Nualey Lash Kit includes 1 pair of lashes, magnetic tweezers, and a reusable lash case for easy storage and travel.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our North America or Asia fulfillment centers, depending on product availability and your region, to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Do you offer returns?
Yes! We offer a
30-Day Return Guarantee. If you’re not completely in love with your lashes, contact
nualeyco@gmail.com for a hassle-free return.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at
nualeyco@gmail.com. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes—but you can return it within 30 days.
Will I get tracking info?
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first tracking updates to appear.
