  • Apply to clean, dry skin (no lotion, sunscreen, or makeup on the nose area).
  • If your skin is oily, wash with soap + water, then fully dry.
  • Press firmly for 10–15 seconds so it bonds properly.

Note: Placement matters. If it’s too low or too close to the nostril edge, it may not hold as well.
